About Our Club

Churchtown Conservative Club was founded in 1889 and still based in what was originally the village grammar school built in 1729, which became the National School for boys in 1826.

The club is situated in the picturesque centre of Churchtown village and is historically important as it is a grade 2 listed building. The Conservative club have faithfully maintained the structure of the building so much so it does not convey to the outside world what facilities are available inside.

The Club has the a well appointed bar selling both Real ale and draft, together with Wines and Spirits.

SKY Sports and BT Sports in HD, two Snooker tables, Table Bowls, Darts and Dominoes.

With Live Bands and Acts on at least once a Month on Saturdays , and other Social Events, such as Games, Quiz and Race Nights, Summer BBQ, Golf Society.

Function Room for Hire.
A strict dress code applies:- No Trainers, Collarless Shirts or Tee Shirts, Rugby or Football Shirts, Shorts
Membership open to supporters of the Conservative Party, affiliated to the Association of Conservative Clubs Ltd.
